MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
FOR THE GS-11 GRADE LEVEL:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative support functions to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, or efficiency of program operations for an organization. -OR- see Education for substitution.
