We are currently looking for a Part time New Home/Pre-Owned Home Construction Cleaner.
The Part time New Home//Pre-Owned Construction Cleaner is responsible for the deep cleaning of new manufactured homes and/or pre-owned homes for sale.
The Part time New Home//Pre-Owned Construction Cleaner works closely with many departments to ensure homes are ready to be viewed online and in person.
The Part time New Home//Pre-Owned Construction Cleaner plays a crucial role in ensuring the flawless presentation of the new or pre-owned home.

Ability to lift 30lbs, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, walking, twisting, crawling, reaching, kneeling, pulling, pushing Hours of Work:
Part/Full Time, 20-25 hours/wk, M-F, weekends as needed, flexible Pay:
$18-$22/Hour Job
Qualifications:
Clean and Valid Driver's license required.
Reliable transportation a must.
Good communication skills with coworkers Organization and time management skills a must.
Ability to work independently.
Reliable High quality, detailed oriented cleaner Construction Cleaning experience preferred Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ability to drive to between 16 communities as needed to clean homes.
(mostly in Saratoga County, other properties include Latham and Fort Plain).
Attention to detail to ensure the homes are ready for showings.
Able to have a sense of urgency and some flexibility to clean homes on an as needed basis as efficiently as possible.
Display care for homes, property and respect for neighbors living in the communities.
Ability to communicate any obstacles or issues to the manager.
Follow Hoffman Homes Policy and Procedures.
Follow safety rules and regulations.
